321 Stainless Steel SheetDaxun 321 Stainless Steel Plate (UNS S32100) is a titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. This grade is designed for high temperature applications up to 1500°F (815°C), where the addition of titanium stabilizes the material against the formation of chromium carbides. Since titanium has a greater affinity for carbon than chromium, titanium carbides occur within the grains rather than at the grain boundaries. While its annealed corrosion resistance is comparable to 304 and 304L, it has stronger creep and stress rupture properties. These properties make it suitable for pressure vessel and boiler applications. 321 Stainless Steel is non-magnetic and heat resistant, allowing long-term use at high temperatures.
