Product Description


Bubble-tight damper designed for isolation applications. Bubble-tight means the damper has the lowest possible leakage rating: zero. The silicone blade seal and double-gland axle seals provide bubble-tight performance. Standard bubble-tight damper includes a manual handwheel actuator. There are many options when considering electric or pneumatic actuators. Some include solenoid valves and switches. Contact factory for assistance. Typical applications: Isolate filters and contaminated components in bag-in/bag-out systems.

Construction
The damper is constructed of stainless steel 304, with flanges fully welded to both ends with minimum flange to flange distance of 200 mm.
Available in square flanges for easy BlBO housing connections. Bolting holes at flanges are provided.

Airtightness
The initial pressure was at least 3000Pa lower than the ambient pressure, the hourly leakage rate does notexceed 0.25% of housing volume.
The operation is manual, optional electric or pneumatic actuator.
