CNC Stone Countertop Machining Center Hualong MATE cnc working center is an all-in-one machine, combining efficient sawing and accurate edging capabilities, ideal for kitchen countertops fabrication. It includes functionality of a 5 axis bridge saw, a 3 axis cnc router and edge polisher, among them:
* Italian ESA cnc system and Pegasus software,
* 3 axis + 5 axis interpolation,
* spindle with automatic tool change ISO40,
* able to reach a maximum of 9000 RPM,
* with trough-spindle lubrication,
* up to 22 tool change positions,
* vacuum manipulator system for parts movement during automatic cut process,
* on-board camera and projector.
It can perform each type of cutting, mitering, raw and polished contouring, as well as milling, drilling, counter sinking, bas relief, and writing.
