Product Description

Introducing the robust (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, often referred to as an isolation disconnect switch. Expertly crafted for deployment on 10(12, 15, 24)kV high voltage power transmission and distribution lines, this switch is adept at seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits without load but with voltage present. Elevate your power management capabilities with this essential solution.
This innovative switch is specifically engineered for single-phase application within three-phase line systems. It boasts a streamlined design, remarkable cost-effectiveness, and exceptional user-friendliness. Available in rated currents of 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, each switch comprises a sturdy base, resilient post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a reliable mechanical section. The gate knife structure, consisting of two robust conductive blades with external compression springs, ensures precise circuit management. By adjusting the spring height, optimal contact pressure is achieved for the switch's gate knife. Operated effortlessly using an insulated hook stick, this switch features a self-locking device for added security.
Working Environment:
Designed for altitudes not exceeding 1000 meters;
Capable of withstanding ambient temperatures with a maximum of +40°C and a minimum of -30°C;
Engineered to endure outdoor wind speeds up to 35 meters/second;
Built to withstand seismic intensities of up to 8 degrees, ensuring resilience where severe vibrations are infrequent.
The installation environment must be free from gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or any other explosive or corrosive agents that could compromise the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
SHOULD THE NORMAL USE CONDITIONS EXCEED THOSE LISTED ABOVE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY FOR FURTHER CONSULTATION.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
- Thoroughly clean dust and dirt from all parts, ensuring the insulating porcelain bottle's surface is meticulously wiped.
- Carefully scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to the rotating parts and contact areas to enhance durability and performance.
- Inspect the contact surface, adjusting the compression spring's height to ensure contact pressure aligns with the specifications outlined in Table II.
- This switch is designed exclusively for hoisting use, and functions seamlessly when paired with transformers on the line.
- With a rated current of 200-400 ampere hours, the switch typically requires three mounting holes, while configurations of 600-1000A also utilize three mounting holes.
Annual maintenance checklist: meticulously inspect the following switch components:
Keep conductive parts, contact surfaces, and insulating porcelain bottles free from dirt and contaminants.
Conduct a thorough inspection for damage across all components, especially checking the insulating porcelain bottle for any damage or cracks.
Ensure the contact surfaces of conductive parts maintain excellent condition for optimal performance.
