Product Description

Introducing the (H)GWBEB type outdoor high-voltage isolation switch, a pinnacle of engineering excellence, also known as an isolation disconnect switch. This marvel is meticulously crafted for high voltage power transmission and distribution lines operating at 10(12, 15, 24)kV. Perfectly suited for seamlessly opening and closing single-phase or three-phase circuits with voltage present, yet impeccably without load, it boasts reliability and precision in every switch.
Tailored for single-phase applications within three-phase line systems, our switch stands out with its elegantly simple structure, remarkable cost-efficiency, and user-friendly operation. It offers a variety of rated currents including 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, and 1250 amps, ensuring versatility for diverse requirements. The switch comprises a robust base, durable post insulators, high-quality conductive parts, and a sophisticated mechanical section. Utilizing an innovative gate knife structure, it assures smooth circuit opening and closing. Each phase's gate knife is engineered with two conductive blades and external compression springs on both sides, enabling precise adjustment of spring height to achieve optimal contact pressure. Operable via an insulated hook stick, it features a self-locking device to ensure safety and reliability.
Working Environment:
Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
Ambient temperature: maximum not exceeding +40°C; minimum not falling below -30°C;
Outdoor wind speed not exceeding 35 meters/second;
Withstands seismic intensity up to 8 degrees; installation sites should not be prone to frequent severe vibrations.
Installation sites must be free of gases, chemical deposits, salt mist, dust, dirt, or other explosive or corrosive mediums that could significantly impair the switch's insulation and conductivity.
Note:
FOR CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE ABOVE STANDARDS OF NORMAL USE, USERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO CONSULT WITH THE COMPANY FOR TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
Installation, Use and Adjustment
Pre-installation work
- Diligently remove dust and dirt from all parts, and meticulously clean the surface of the insulating porcelain bottle to ensure pristine condition.
- Thoroughly scrub the wiring surface of the ground screw to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Apply a protective layer of industrial Vaseline to all rotating parts and contact areas for smooth operation and prolonged durability.
- Inspect the contact surface and skillfully adjust the height of the compression spring to ensure the contact pressure aligns perfectly with Table II specifications.
- This switch is exclusively designed for hoisting applications and is perfectly harmonized for use alongside transformers on the line, offering unmatched compatibility.
- For the 200-400 ampere hours range, the switch typically requires three mounting holes, while the robust 600-1000A range is also accommodated with three mounting holes.
Conduct an annual inspection of the following switch components:
Meticulously clean dirt from conductive parts, contact surfaces, and the insulating porcelain bottle surface to maintain functionality.
Inspect all components for signs of damage, with particular focus on the insulating porcelain bottle for cracks or damage, ensuring continued safety and performance.
Verify the integrity of the conductive part's contact surface to guarantee seamless operation.
