Product Description
Optical Table Workstations provide an excellent platform for the most demanding applications. And is ideal for optical microscopes, scanning probe microscopes, interferometers, and other surface metrology instruments. Thermotest's acoustic enclosure is specifically designed to provide outstanding acoustic isolation ion the noise environment for ultra-sensitive metrology instruments,such as AFMS.
ADS air springs are used, which are based on diaphragm air springs, and the housing, support plate and bottom plate are made of metal. The electric control valve precisely controls the horizontal height valve, the honeycomb panel optical platform tabletop, and the high rigidity supports the steel frame table legs. Supports custom sizes and loads.
Air suspension element ADS is characterized by its low inherent rigidity. Due to the available air volume and the highly flexible diaphragm, natural frequencies between 1.5 and 2.0Hz can be achieved.
ICD pneumatic spring control system
The ICD pneumatic spring control system combines a proven pneumatic spring with a new non-contact electro-pneumatic controller, where sensors and control valves are combined into a compact assembly and integrated into the gas spring.
Controllers with manual operation or PC connection allow the following settings to be selected:
· Leveling of the system (horizontal mounting).
· Track the operating height of each spring
· Tolerance selection for height and reset accuracy
· Delayed or inhibited reactions under dynamic action
Monitoring and recording
This design enables a compact design of low-cost modules.
A sensor for non-contact height detection is integrated in a air spring. Therefore, it is not necessary to individually sense the height of the machine. In addition, valves for filling or emptying the inner cavity are arranged as lifting and lowering valves within pneumatic springs.
