Detachable Plate Heat Transfer for Construction & Mining Applications

Featuring with its characteristics of being compact and easy to assemble, Removable Plate Heat Exchanger is manufactured firstly by Machine Squeezing Metal into 0.8mm(or others) Thickness Plates with a V-Shaped Pattern. Then our technical teams will assemble the plates into the frame, either by using Semi-assembly Machinery, or Manual Assembling.

Owing to the Special Guiding Bar structure, plates can be installed easily. Further more, along with firmly Hunging Gaskets in between every plates, this unique design makes the whole assembly and disassembly easier for our customers. Great amount of time for regular cleansing is thereby saved.
