Four Toothed Roller Crusher Working Principle
The four-tooth roll crusher utilizes four high-strength wear-resistant crushing rollser, which rotate relative to each other to produce high squeezing and shearing force to crush materials. After the material enters the gap between the upper two rollers(V-shaped crushing chamber), it will be squeezed and sheared by the relative rotation of the two rollers, and the material will be squeezed and sheared for the first time (coarse crushing), and then it will enter into the relative rotation of the lower two rollers, and then squeezed, sheared, and grounded by the lower two rollers (fine crushing) into the required particle size from the outlet.
