4. The arrester connected to the transformer lead wire or neutral point may not be equipped with the isolating switch.
5. When there is no power supply on the customer side of the feed line, the disconnecting switch can not be installed on the side of the circuit breaker leading to the customer. But in order to prevent lightning over-voltage .
